SafeAirspace.net is moving to member access
For over 10 years – since September 2016 – we have been able to provide a free Conflict Zone & Risk Database to the aviation community. Since MH17, one of the core missions of OPSGROUP is to make sure that airspace risk information is quickly and clearly available to flight crews, dispatchers, and aircraft operators.
With the onset of AI, there is now a rapidly increasing amount of automated activity on the site, not all of it well-intended. Managing this has created a signficant workload for the team.
To solve this in the interim period, we plan to make SafeAirspace.net available only via a secure login, through membership of OPSGROUP. This means that you will need to be an OPSGROUP member to access this site.
If you are not already familiar with our group, we are an organization with approximately 10,000 members, mostly pilots, dispatchers, and aircraft operator management and security people. We publish 5-10 Ops Alerts each day, provide a Daily Brief to members, a Weekly Bulletin, and a variety of tools and information to help with your flight. You can read more about membership here.
If you do wish to join, please apply before November 20, 2026. We will be closing to new members from this date. Once we close, alerts and briefings will be provided to members only. We will launch an updated member version of this site in the coming 3-6 months (after Christmas). We do then plan to roll this out to a public version again later next year, once we are satisfied it is secure.
Thank you for your support and use of SafeAirspace.net
The OPSGROUP Team.
